  • The item must be unused and undamaged.

Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Final Sale: Items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Intimates and Swimwear: Due to health and hygiene regulations, intimates and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Split Shipments
We are unable to ship separate parts of a single order to different addresses. If you require items to be delivered to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders.

Refund Processing
